You can watch the tourists in Waikiki in two different locations, accompanied by music, traffic congestion hot spots, Honolulu traffic cameras, and live webcasts of the Honolulu City and County Council meetings.If you get tired of snow and cold this winter, try http://www.honolulu.gov/multimed/waikiki.asp, watch the waves break and dream of white sand beaches in Hawaiian Paradise.
